Anything purchased with a coupon code of 50%+ or sale items that are 50%+ off retail are considered final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable.

Any doorbusters, jewelry, or hats
Items must not have been:
used, washed, damaged, or worn
If an item is returned:
in used condition, has been washed, damaged, worn, or if the tags are removed, the customer will be responsible for shipping the items back to them.
Timeframe:
All qualifying items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit.
We must receive the item within the 30 day timeframe.
All items must have original tags attached.
Order Errors/Damaged Items:
Rebel Mimi will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if you received an incorrect or defective item(s).
All original tags must still be attached. If the tags are not attached, the item is not returnable
You have 3 days from the day the order was received to report it as being damaged. No error/damaged item(s) will be accepted after this 3 day period.
Our goal is to keep items affordable and your adherence to our policies makes that possible!
Exchanges:
Due to extremely high turnover and limited availability of our items, we do not facilitate general exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please click the link below and mail back your return. After you do this, you may reorder your item at your convenience. You may also decide to wait until your return has been processed and order using your store credit.
We only offer store credit. No cash refunds are given. Store credit is for the purchase price of the item(s) exchanged only and does not shipping charges.

Returns are processed to store credit within 7-10 business days after you send the item(s) back.
